Overview
Float is a premium pillow brand focused on delivering exceptional comfort and relaxation. This project involved creating a cinematic 3D product animation that visually communicated the feeling of softness and weightlessness—the inspiration behind the brand's name.
Challenge
The challenge was to make viewers feel the comfort of the pillow through visuals alone. Since softness is a physical sensation, the animation needed to communicate plushness, support, and relaxation without relying on words.
Solution
We created a high-end 3D product animation that used soft lighting, realistic fabric simulation, detailed material creation, and smooth, floating camera movements to reinforce the pillow's luxurious comfort. Every visual element was designed to evoke the sensation of softness and relaxation while maintaining a clean, premium aesthetic.
Process
Researched the brand and defined the creative direction. Built the product scene and refined the pillow model. Created realistic fabric materials and soft lighting. Animated the pillow with subtle motion to emphasize comfort and weightlessness. Added cinematic camera movements, rendered the final sequence, and completed compositing and color grading for a polished commercial finish.
